Christmas Eve, I arrived at the gorgeous Sugarmans Plantation House to find that it had just rained. The fresh smell of rain dampened the grass a weeee bit, but NOT the brides enthusiasm to get married! The bride also knew I’m a cyclist & proudly told me how her finace had just ridden his bicycle UP Haleakala & summited the 10,023′ feet mountain. Quite an acomplishment for anyone, including a groom getting married in a few days time.
With just a few of their closest friends & family by there sides they tied the knot with a short but sweet ceremony. They were gifted with a stunning sunset & gorgeous light! A photographers delight!
Enjoy the pictures & Congrats Nicole & Kevin
Both Christy & Jon were very excited to finally join their families into “ONE”. Their kids were having a great time playing in front of the camera & definately were total “hams” but I enjoyed it. Congratualtions to Christy & Jon and your big family. Enjoy the pictures!
It is challenging to find the perfect bouquet! So many choices: long stem, short, small, colorful, full, which flowers, how much of each….I hope these bouquets will inspire you in finding your “perfect”one!
Here are some very beautiful and colorful bouquets!
OMG this wedding was SO MUCH FUN to shoot!!! The groom is totally involved in The Rockstar Energy drink Racing Motorcycle team, along w much of the wedding party. Being the unique people they are; they had their wedding the “WAY” they wanted it. I loved Jennifer’s black wrap around her dress & of course all the Rockstar energy caps the groomsman were wearing. We were talking & when I told them I was also a sports photographer, they asked if they could do some “unusual” groomsman pictures! “Of course”, I replied! OMG, I was so cracking up it was hard to keep the camera still. They had me “rolling” just about the whole time. Congratulations to Jennifer and James!
If you need some ideas for your little “pumpkins” wedding outfits…i hope those will help you! They are simply all adorable!
Getting married in front of the beautiful ocean on one side and The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui Hotel on the other side is just MAGiC! This wedding was elegant, simple, touching and on the beach with their close family and friends! This couple were so in love, you can see it thru the pictures! Thank you for letting me capture those moments! ALOHA!
This was a beautiful “local” wedding at The Grand Wailea with all their close family and friends. And then, a gorgeous & very fun reception at The Pukalani Community Center. All of their uncles and aunties present, it was a very touching and moving wedding all around!
Thank you very much for letting me be a part of your special day! Congratulations again!
